Finish your RFP in Two easy steps

Legal professionals use i-RFP to manage their litigation support RFPs for large and small projects using a simple 2-step process:

Step 1 - Detail and describe your project.

Using the detailed RFP templates for reprographics, imaging, coding, EDD and trial projects, users document the project specifications and deadlines, which are then emailed to your preferred vendors. You can also access past projects to quickly create a new RFP and save time detailing the specifications if the project is similar.

Step 2 - Review, analyze and award proposals.

After receiving an email that alerts your preferred vendors of your project specifications they will respond by electronically submitting their proposals. It is very straight forward to review, analyze and award your project to your preferred vendor that meets your requirements and budget.

Day in and day out, it's the easiest and most cost-effective way to manage your litigation support RFPs. It's a business process improvement that can be applied to every matter, every project, in every firm. Where is your time better spent?
